TKH Group announces the merger of three security companies
Three companies in security technology – VDG Security, Flexposure and Keyprocessor (all part of stock exchange-listed company TKH Group NV) – will merge as of July 1st, 2019 and will continue as TKH Security B.V. The merger will streamline existing synergies between the companies, allowing combinations of core technologies within the group to be applied in solutions for security and communication.
VDG Security is a reputable provider of flexible video security systems. Flexposure is global market leader in parking control room and building management software. Keyprocessor is a key player in state-of-the-art security and site management solutions.
All three companies have been cooperating in integrated projects.Their core business is complementary and their R&D departments share a common vision on security technology. These technological advantages and related customer benefits have resulted in working towards this merger. The product brands FlinQ, VDG Sense and iProtect will remain active in the market.
On the board of TKH Security B.V., Mr. Timme Grijpink will serve as Managing Director and Mr. Gert van den Hoek will serve as Director for integrated solutions and services.
