Technical Manager – Cyber Technical Manager – ( Active SC/BPSS) – Migration Project – Hybrid – 14 months Our client, a market leading multi-national company are looking for a Technical Manager , to join them in. The assignment is an initial 14 – months contract and can offer a competitive daily rate. Responsibilities to Include: The main objective is to work with the Account Delivery Lead (A/C Exec / SDM) and delivery teams to highlight security risks and noncompliance or areas of exposure and progress these to agreed acceptable levels. Must hold active SC or BPSS clearance Establishing a structured security organization.

Responsible for the operational security of the service. Contribute to any Customer Board agreed in the contract, e. g. , IT Strategy Group and IT Security Operations Group.

Contribute to any Supplier Governance Boards agreed in the contract. Work with regulatory bodies. Define and deliver a programme of awareness briefings to employees assigned to the account. Collaboration with Customer Security Lead and CTO, assisting in addressing security incidents and areas of exposure.

Collaboration with account Project teams, reviewing proposals and project requirements to highlight any security related concerns and ensure appropriate Security resourcing is addressed. Escalating any high-profile items to the Account Delivery Lead and Head of Security Delivery. Ensure management of SLA/SLM/KPI and objectives are maintained in line with contractual requirements. Undertake a regular Cyber Assurance regeime based on the RACI Ensure management of any CSIP security items.

Ensure up-to-date knowledge of the current Cyber portfolio. Monthly documented meetings with Client CISO to discuss roadmap, and performance. Identification of opportunities to grow the Cyber footprint within the account working with the Cyber CoE and Account Lead to win the business. Financial management for the security services delivered to the engagement, including cost, revenue, and CM via eMonitoring.

Driving DVI improvements while ensuring an acceptable quality of service is maintained. Implement OTACE for security services, implement improvement plans for any OTACE criteria scoring less than 3. Desirable Experience Must active SC or BPSS clearance Service Management and ITIL knowledge, (ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 minimum) Contract and Commercial Management Clearance to BPSS level (there may be accounts where SC or above is required) Broad technical knowledge of IT infrastructure Good understanding of IT security and associated Security controls Knowledge of regulatory controls dependant on the account e. g.
