Primary role/function – Technical Account Manager / Client IT Support providing client Technical Support – primarily phone/email support for security incidents liaising with clients and partners managing new enquiries and opportunities Individuals must have the confidence and maturity to speak directly to global CISOs, CIOs, and Head of Information Security and Info/Sec technical professionals. The role may lead into further opportunities. Successful candidates will carve out their career and earning potential in a very rewarding industry space – cybercrime.

Global channel partners and system integrators Candidates must have: Relevant experience in cyber security with demonstrated IT Helpdesk / Incident / Security Experience Strong business acumen, professionalism, leadership, accountability and self-starter qualities; Smart / Hardworking / Ambitious Sales / Account Management experience.
