Strategic / Key Account Manager Field Based – UK 45 – 50,000 comms car allowance The Company: My client is a leading business communications provider, specialising in providing cloud telephony, connectivity, security, cloud solutions and managed IT services to small and medium-sized businesses. The company very successful and rapidly growing by acquisition. The Role: I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Strategic Account Manager with a passion for technology, and with experience dealing with high spending customers within the unified communications arena. I require an experienced individual who can assist in demonstrating the company values to the existing client base and help achieve the goals.

You will be a proactive individual who can deliver high quality strategic account management, with a focus on retention and up & cross selling the expanding portfolio. The ideal candidate will be field based and must be capable of working proactively and autonomously while having experience in the telecom’s industry and managing a high spending client portfolio. You must be experienced in selling Unified Communications and other related multi-product solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, IT Managed Services, Cyber Security).

You will have a successful track record in the creation and execution of Account Development Plans, have strong communication skills, problem solving skills, proven time management and organisational skills and be able to manage a case queue and pipeline responsibilities. A people person, you will possess the ability to instantaneously build rapport and develop and maintain relationships both with clients and internally with the team. You will have good negotiation and persuasion skills.
