Pre-Sales Account Manager – Cyber Security

My client is a global organisation in the cyber security sector, one of the highest growth markets to work in and at the cutting edge of business technologies. This role has the added benefit of working from home , location ideally in the Toronto area but not essential. It is desirable that you are bi-lingual French and English This role ensures a strong pipeline of sales to the company, it is at the end of the sales process. You will receive excellent and qualified leads from telemarketing and will complete the sale using a mix of telephone, online demo’s and email.

For your application to be successful, you should have some experience in a similar role. The Account Manager is responsible for actively driving and managing the sales process with direct and channel customers. They must be able to identify all technical and business issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. The successful candidate must also be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle and will be highly organised, dealing with many clients via excellent leads in the middle of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities Work with partners to Identify and develop potential new business opportunities and delivery Communicate effectively via email and phone. Present using online demo’s to capture sales Respond to partners questions on technical and business related issues Train all partner support and sales staff to an agreed level so that they become self sufficient Responsible for supporting partner events Reporting through Company’s CRM Qualifications Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong knowledge of security compliance / monitoring systems and business process management technologies. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports. Organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Experience in channel/partner market is preferable. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Relevant channel experience Excellent written and oral communication skills; must have a perfect command of English Desirably bilingual French and English
