Post-Sales Technical Account Manager – Cyber Security

My client is a vendor in the cyber security sector. They now have an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a technical account manager. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to managing clients cyber requirements previously and have a strong technical background including a degree or equivalent, ethical hacker, CISSP CompTIA S etc The role offers a competitive salary, excellent working environment and potential for growth. Responsibilities Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts Identify and develop potential new business opportunities Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams Provide functional and technical support to customers Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, etc Provides technical training to co-workers and be a technical reference/subject expert on one or more of the company apps, as well as on network and security concepts Provide technical assistance during RFP and trial phases for potential new customers, working with presales Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong knowledge in security space: Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, Intrusion Detection Systems IDS, Intrusion Prevention Systems IPS, Network Scanners, PCI, Policy Compliance and Audit Tools, other security solutions.

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports Must be able to convey technical ideas and concepts very clearly and able to train others Must be able to understand network and security infrastructures and elements to advise on how to best use cyber security products in relation to it Highly organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches Relevant experience Experience within an enterprise size company is a plus Excellent written and oral communication skill
