In order to bring the quality of our services to even higher level we are currently sourcing for an experienced Contract Manager. The Job Contract Manager will lead delivery and acquisition of contracts, making sure it has been provided in compliance to legal and professional standards that meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations. Contract Manager needs to be vigilant and experienced in achieving great service delivery, compliance and operational efficiency through best practice, innovation, strong people management and positive client engagement. Contract Manager is responsible for liaising with existing and potential clients, negotiating contracts, managing tenders, monitoring changes or developments within the industry and consistently evaluate clients’ needs.

Main Duties: Reporting directly to Managing Director you will be responsible for the management and direction of a portfolio existing contracts Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract obligations Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes Responsible for the management of a team of Security Officers Monitor Security Officers welfare & development and carry out regular performance reviews to ensure the highest quality of service is being delivered to the clients Drive and develop the team in relation to their experience to help continual improvement. Ensure great communication with all team members. Oversee the rostering of staff and ensuring the clients’ sites are manned according to contractual specifications. Ensure that all site documentation is up to date and accurate records kept Adopt a flexible approach to your working pattern to ensure client, team and company requirements are met.

Assist in responding to emergencies promptly to ensure timely customer response and resolution to all aspects of services we provide Design, introduce and implement new service initiatives to meet your customers’ changing needs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts manager Happy in a changing environment where they are part of the drive for continuous improvement and change. Conscientious and responsible A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proficient in MS Office Industry experience BSc/ Ba in business administration or relevant field Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language and the contract lifecycle Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications Excellent understanding of the security industry, its services and clients Package: Up to 45,000 per annum depending on experience. Paid in arrears on the 6th of every month Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Benefits: On-site parking Travel expenses for travel between sites as required paid Access to Company schemes such as Perkpal and life insurance.
