Together, they enable the connected future.   They’re now looking for a brand new team of Inside Sales Account Managers.

You’ll be building pipeline and business relationships, actively uncovering new, existing and renewal customers. Inside Sales Account Manager Package:  – A competitive basic salary of 27,000 – Y1 OTE taking your max total package up to 39k – An inclusive culture with regular socials (although the latter currently slightly inhibited. ) – On-site gym – Flexible working patterns available – some days in and some days out of the office throughout the week – Excellent earning, learning and development opportunities – Fantastic offices and an energetic, exciting working environment Inside Sales Account Manager Role: – Prospect, develop and close a continuous pipeline of opportunities – Using typical hunting and farming sales techniques, you’ll perform regular and consistent outreach, strategically and creatively generating leads – Using the phone, email and social channels, also deliver on upsell targets with existing accounts and seek to rekindle dormant customer accounts too – Accurately forecast current and future sales pipeline for business visibility – Probe for additional contacts, projects and opportunities – bring your inquisitiveness to bear by scoping for extra business – Adeptly and responsibly use Salesforce to ensure you track progress accurately Inside Sales Account Manager Requirements: – Educated to degree level – High-energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment – Impressive work ethic and desire to over-achieve – Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – Impressive work ethic and desire to over-achieve – Beneficial: Experience in selling and prospecting/Account Management experience – Beneficial: Demonstrable track record of overachieving sales goals – Beneficial: Experience in a start-up environment Pareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
