Behaviours: • Knowledge of relevant procedures • Level of customer Service • Team Player • Health and safety awareness and knowledge • Communication Job Description The purpose of this role is to provide strategic oversight and management of the contract to ensure delivery of all service deliverables for Europe. This will involve relationship management of all key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely audit reporting of all security systems, management and development of all VSG/Mitie staff and delivery of great customer service.

This role will report directly into the Head of Operations for Strategic Accounts. Main Duties: To act as key point of contact between Macro, SCB and VSG in delivering the scope of services as per the contract To be fully conversant with the content of the SCB Group Security Operating Standards (GSOS) and developing mechanisms to achieve compliance Raise and monitor Dispensations against the requirements GSOS Ensure that SCB Group Security Global processes 1 & 2 are implemented at country level Be fully conversant of the capabilities of the Lenel ACS to fully exploit the capabilities and support the SCB Property agenda Conduct security and risk assessments Management of SCB Global Incident Support Centre function Management of the Security Operations Centre (SOC)/Security Control Room (SCR) Management of Security Guarding services Develop and reviewing country local security procedures as detailed in GSOS Identification and escalation of physical security risks Scheduling Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) for all security systems as required, in conjunction with the SCB Country Facilities Manager Providing advice on security matters and solutions to key stakeholders, including the conduct of investigations Providing training and awareness to staff Providing support to staff when dealing with the local authorities, particularly for incidents that have occurred on SCB premises. Providing appropriate security support to staff travelling on business travel to other countries Maintaining relationships with the local authorities and security service providers Ensure that all security staff have qualified/passed and remain current with a recognised first aid certificate, such as red Cross/Crescent, St Johns Ambulance or a recognised and accredited national provider. This should include AED training Ensure all security staff are appropriately licenced.

Qualifications Person Specification Excellent working knowledge of security systems and Lenel Onguard in particular Demonstrable excellent technical skills in managing and exporting data to meet strict audit/client requirements Previous experience of managing audit processes and achieving excellent results At least 2 years’ experience of managing staff and conducting a wide range of HR processes (investigation, grievance and discipline handling) Demonstrate leadership and ability to motivate and coach staff to reach their full potential Be able to work on own initiative and take personal responsibility and ownership for all actions Demonstrate great customer service skills to engage with a range of SCB stakeholders Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Demonstrate attention to detail Experience of critical incident management Demonstrate effective team working Additional Information Health and Safety responsibilities Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times; Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment; Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received; Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system; Information Security Ensure compliance with Mitie’s information security procedures in all a
