About the Role Pilgrims have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Security Manager. You will be working for our client, a professional services network based at their offices in Central London. We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Duty Security Manager who takes pride in their work with outstanding customer service skills.

Experience in a similar corporate role is preferable and you must be presentable with excellent communication skills. You must be adaptable, proactive and strive for excellence in your everyday working life. The role requires someone who will be able to take shared responsibility for the professional conduct & development of the team. Being part of the managementham team maintaining the high standards of all security personnel, ensuring that all incidents are managed, escalated and responded to in accordance with policies and procedures.

Being able to communicate effectively at all levels is key; from briefing the security team on events or changes in procedures, to working collaboratively with other service providers, and liaising with the client directly when required. Must Haves A valid Frontline SIA Licence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional attitude to your work Working Hours 42hrs per week 4 on, 4 off shift pattern 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00 Benefits Perkbox.
