Due to my client’s recent growth, they are looking for another member to join their team as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant. This is a truly exceptional opportunity offering an exceptional package for the successful applicant. THE ROLE AS A TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER: Conducting operational pre-sales activities. Identifying and responding to industry ITT / ITQs.

Handling relevant framework renewals. Management of existing client accounts and relationships where appropriate. Client lifecycle management and repeat business opportunity planning. Attending client account review meetings.

Working closely with consultants to keep abreast of the service portfolio and understand the requisite information required for scoping of services with clients. Supporting the end-to-end management process, and close liaison with the project. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED AS A TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER: Infrastructure, web application and mobile app tests. Cloud security, configuration, and firewall reviews.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent and thoughtful decision making. Self-motivation and capability of working within bid and project timescales and deadlines. Experience of working with clients at a senior level.

The ability to multi-task, working on several projects at any given time. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales. BENEFITS: Matched company pension up top 5%. Private healthcare.
