An exciting role has arisen within this major Technology corporate within their Enterprise Mobility Solutions division for a Channel Technical Account Manager with excellent communication & presentation skills, to join their team. Focused on supporting the Channel Partners & Resellers from a technical perspective within major sales opportunities, the Channel Technical Account Manager will work to understand the customers current IT technology environment, their technical requirements and then develop & present the most appropriate configuration proposals across Enterprise Mobility Management, Mobile Devices, Mobile & Wireless Security & Peripherals. Acting as the technical SME, the Channel Technical Account Manager will drive and develop strong & effective relationships with senior stakeholders, Channel Partners, IT Resellers and other internal divisions, so excellent communications skills are required. With great Enterprise Mobility Management solutions, Mobile Devices, Security offerings & peripherals, the Channel Technical Account Manager has a strong portfolio of technology to work with and great Channel Partners and Resellers to support.

The Channel Technical Account Manager will manage pre-sales within the UK & allocated European countries so an additional language would be ideal but is not essential. Skills & Experience: – Strong experience with Enterprise Mobility Solutions gained from channels, i. e. operators and IT resellers.

– Experience of launching/supporting mobile solutions for B2B2C and SMB markets from a channel background. – Knowledge of other enterprise solutions like Microsoft, Citrix, VMware is useful. – Good project management skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects – Experience in developing or supporting a wide range of business applications, including unified comms, device management, security and other mobile client apps – Good communication and presentation skills – Experience of working in matrix teams across different cultures and time-zones – A degree in engineering or a related discipline or alternatively, an equivalent period of industry experience will also suffice. Responsibilities Include: – Acting as the Technical Subject Matter Expert, solving customer issues, troubleshooting and ensuring solution deliveries are successful – Be the principle technical liaison for Channel Partners & IT Resellers – Deliver technical product training via webinars – Develop technical sales documentation – Coordinate delivery of solutions through liaising with global R&D teams, Product Management and 3rd party partners – Provide technical support for integration and testing of mobile business applications in Europe, as well as technical interface with European partners: Operators, ISV, System Integrators.
