The Business Development Representative will report directly into the CEO, working alongside marketing and product. Enterprise level Wallets for larger organisations. The Business Development Representative will: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails Build out a network by attending events and conferences Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Present the company to potential clients Identify and profile client needs and suggest appropriate products and services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Schedule discovery meetings for prospects Report to CEO on weekly sales results Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Following-up with potential customers who did not purchase from the initial contact Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity in CRM Key Experience Interest and proven experience in cryptoassets and decentralised finance Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role Excellent phone, writing, listening and negotiation skills Good time management and analytical skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Track record of achieving sales quotas Act without being told what to do and bring new ideas to the company Experience with CRM software (e. g.
