Account Manager 22k – 24k plus bonus Our clients work with businesses across the globe to find the right print solution for their organisation. We now have an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who will join our Security Print Team. You’ll be based at our head office in Normanton, located just off junction 31 of the M62. What you’ll be doing: This role will provide you with a great opportunity to learn about a wide range of security print and secure software solutions, working on, and developing, high profile accounts worldwide.

Initially you’ll help to cover the maternity leave of the team’s Key Account Manager following which we’ll look to assigning you with your own accounts. Working closely with the Group Security Print Director, your key responsibilities will include: sourcing components, often internationally, from a list of approved suppliers. coordinating with our Australian print factory regarding complex and high value security print. liaising with overseas customers (mainly Australia, Dubai and Canada), ensuring that they are provided with effective customer service.

tracking orders for your assigned customers and notifying them of updates or changes on a timely and regular basis. identifying further sales opportunities within both the UK and export customer base that you are account managing and acting on these. order processing. delivering outstanding customer service to all customers.

What we’re looking for: It’s essential that you already have account management experience, strong administration skills, and are used to dealing with customers by phone and email. Any experience gained within the print sector could be useful, as would experience of dealing with international clients and upselling to existing customers. You’ll be able to demonstrate: a confident manner and a flexible and logical approach to work. great administration ability – efficiency, attention to detail and accuracy.

fantastic organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines. effective verbal and written communication ability, including an excellent telephone manner. effective problem-solving ability. good working knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail.

a superb, ‘can-do’ customer service attitude. As there may be a need to travel on occasions, a full UK driving license is required. This is a full time role (Mon-Fri) and the work hours will be: 08:45-17:15 (17:00 finish on a Friday). We have modern office facilities as well as free onsite parking.
