50k – 60k basic salary 80k – 120k OTE uncapped Car Allowance Territory based role We are recruiting for an Account Director to join an established business and grow the profitability of existing and newly acquired customers. As an Account Director you will help their customers by creating competitive advantage, reducing costs, providing valuable insights, improving digital propositions and capabilities, enhancing productivity and improving effectiveness. The successful Account Director candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts increasing revenue in each account, there is also a New Business element to the role that would see you adding new logos to the companys customer base, therefore candidates established in managed service provision will be given preference. My client is an award-winning global integrator of market leading mobility, networking and security solutions.

They have an outstanding track record of designing, deploying and supporting digital transformational technology solutions for both the enterprise and public sector for more than a decade. Candidates with experience working with Device as a Service (DaaS), Managed Network Service, Network as a Service, Network Assurance as a Service and Location as a Service, will have an advantage as will anyone with experience of working as part of the HP (Hewlett Packard) partner network. Your key responsibilities as an Account Director will be to: Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement Understand the target markets, including industry, Company, project, Company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Project teams to ensure that requirements are met Effectively build a sales pipeline and accurately manage forecasts throughout the sales cycle Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors The Account Director job is perfect if you: Possess excellent communication skills Have a history of effective relationship management at a senior stakeholder level Have experience selling managed services, SaaS, mobility, networking, Wi-Fi, Digital Transformation or IT Security products and services Have a strong track record in consultative selling including accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close Have previously had success selling to NHS, finance / legal, manufacturing verticals Have previously sold business devices for Vodafone or O2 Have a full UK driving licence In return we are offering : 50,000 – 120,000 per annum OTE Car allowance 28 days holiday Pension This is a great role for someone with experience working as an account manager or account director within a managed IT business. Someone who enjoys unlocking opportunity to add value to their customers and also likes to follow up qualified leads in a consultative manner to add new businesses to their portfolio.
