FaceMe Introduces Facial Recognition with Face Mask Detection
FaceMe is introducing new features designed to assist organizations with the reopening of the global economy as we enter the post-pandemic environment.
FaceMe® can now detect whether or not an individual is wearing a face mask and wearing it properly, while also being able to perform precise facial recognition on people with a mask. Over the next months, we will introduce a number of new tools, including thermal body imaging to detect elevated body temperatures, and people counting to identify the formation of dense crowds.
The new features aim to help businesses, municipalities, and other organizations comply with guidelines from health officials, to protect people and to make them feel comfortable and safe. FaceMe® can be integrated into retail point-of-sale systems, security cameras, digital signage, and other connected devices. This latest update enables a wide range of contactless solutions, such as touchless sign-in and payment, automated employee time and attendance tracking, and access monitoring.
