ACS (Access Control Systems) announces acquisition of ACT (Access Control Technologies)

Access Control Systems (“ACS”) recently announced that it has succeeded in acquiring Access Control Technologies (“ACT”). ACT is an installer of automated gate systems from Central Florida. Headquartered in Orlando (Florida), ACT has over one hundred years of combined expertise and experience in the automated gate industry. ACT was acquired from Mike Knarreborg and his partners.

In addition to its headquarters, ACS has offices in Atlanta, GA, and Knoxville and Memphis, TN and now, Orlando, FL. ACS is a portfolio company of Brixey & Meyer Capital.
